Fixed-length wound fiberglass reinforced plastic pipe

The company can produce various specifications of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) sandwich-wrapped pipes and GFRP wrapped process pipes with diameters ranging from 100mm to 4000mm and lengths not exceeding 18000mm. The entire winding process is controlled by a microcomputer, featuring a linear and aesthetically pleasing appearance, high precision, and convenient operation. The working temperature of the pipes is 40°C to 80°C. Pipes with specially formulated materials can withstand temperatures up to 110°C, and the pipes do not crack under freezing conditions.
The products can be used in large and medium flow water transportation and water regulation projects. The engineering cost of large-diameter quartz sandwich pipes is 30% lower than that of steel pipes of the same diameter, and is comparable to cement pipes. They are convenient for transportation, have low construction costs, require no maintenance, and have a service life of up to 50 years.
