Terms of Service

Standard terms and conditions for the procurement, customization, and deployment of high-performance FRP composite pipeline solutions.

1. Scope of Cooperation

These terms apply to the procurement, engineering design, and delivery of all FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) pipeline systems, including but not limited to Continuous Winding FRP Pipes, Fixed-Length Wrapped Pipes, Mortar Pipes, Pipe Jacking, FPCCP, and BWFRP Cable Conduits.

Applications cover municipal infrastructure, hydraulic engineering, petrochemical, power communication, environmental protection, and trenchless crossing projects. By initiating an order, the client agrees to these standard engineering service terms.

2. Order Rules

Minimum Order (MOQ)

Standard diameter pipelines (DN100-DN1000): 100 meters minimum. Large diameter (up to DN4000) or highly customized structural pipes are evaluated on a per-project basis.

Payment Terms

A 30% advance payment via T/T is required upon contract signing. The remaining 70% balance must be settled prior to factory dispatch, following successful inspection.

Production & Lead Time

Standard production lead time ranges from 15 to 30 days depending on order volume and technical specifications. Delivery terms (EXW, FOB, CIF) are explicitly defined in the project contract.

3. Customization Terms

Prototyping & Engineering Fees

Custom engineering designs (e.g., specialized resin matrices for highly corrosive industrial media, specific winding angles, or non-standard diameters) require a prototyping fee. This fee will be fully refunded or deducted upon a mass production order exceeding 1,000 meters.

Mold Ownership & Confidentiality

Custom molds manufactured specifically for a client's unique project requirements remain the property of the manufacturer unless explicitly purchased by the client. We guarantee that such proprietary molds will not be utilized for third-party production without written consent.

4. Quality & After-sales

Inspection Protocol

All FRP pipelines undergo rigorous factory testing, including hydraulic pressure tests, stiffness verification, and structural integrity checks. Clients are encouraged to conduct pre-shipment inspections (PSI) either in person or via certified third-party agencies (e.g., SGS, TUV).

Warranty Coverage

We provide a standard 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Designed to operate between -40°C and 110°C, the expected service life of our FRP systems exceeds 50 years under specified operating conditions.

5. Breach of Contract & Dispute Resolution

Breach of Contract: Delayed payments will incur a penalty of 0.5% per week on the outstanding balance. Conversely, delivery delays caused solely by the manufacturer (excluding force majeure events) will result in a 0.5% weekly deduction from the total contract value.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through friendly negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the local arbitration commission where the manufacturer is headquartered, in accordance with applicable laws.
