FRP Anti-corrosion Prestressed Steel Tube Concrete Pipe (FPCCP)
The FPCCP pipe refers to a type of pipe that is formed by wrapping circumferential prestressed steel wires around the outer side of a concrete pipe core with a steel sleeve and FRP anti-corrosion coating, and then applying an FRP anti-corrosion protective layer. It is abbreviated as FPCCP pipe. It includes the inner liner type glass fiber reinforced plastic composite prestressed steel tube concrete pipe (FPCCPL) and the embedded type glass fiber reinforced plastic composite prestressed steel tube concrete pipe (FPCCPE).
In addition to the advantages of PCCP pipes such as high resistance to internal and external pressure, good joint sealing performance, strong seismic resistance, and convenient and fast construction, the FPCCP pipe also has an additional layer of glass fiber material attached to the inner wall. The inner wall becomes smoother, the water tightness is better, and the water delivery capacity is stronger. The product is widely used in cross-regional water diversion, water supply and drainage, seawater transportation, nuclear power, chemical medium transportation, sewage treatment and other fields.
